Romania Christmas Shoebox Appeal

Chris McKirgan

17th January 2016

Last December a team of 8 volunteers from the church travelled to Romania to deliver nearly 400 Christmas shoeboxes that were made by the church and the community, including local schools and children’s groups. Monika Mahr, the head of our partners, CASA Grace in Oradea, Romania, joined us live via a video chat to update us on the impact of our visit, and to give us news of the ongoing work in Oradea. Watch the full video to hear Monika’s report and watch some of the children opening their Christmas shoeboxes - you may even get to see your own shoebox being opened!
