Months of organising, preparation and prayer for our annual mission in Oradea, Romania are now in their final stages. Our team have completed packing the key resources they'll need for the two week camp which is now less than 1 month away. From activity supplies, to sound equipment, to endless supplies of sellotape, the team have been boxing and packing ready for the lorry collection.

Ryan, Rachel and Megan drove a transit van, full of all the boxes, over the border to Cardiff on Saturday morning. This is where the summer camp supplies will be stored in a warehouse, then in August the supplies will be transported by road to our partners at CASA Grace. When the team lands on 12th August, the team will transport the supplies to the camp, ready for a fun filled camp to begin.

Since 2005, each summer a team from Keynsham Elim church organise and run an exciting camp to reach the hearts of the poor children in Oradea. Our mission it to see these Romanian Children heart's brought to life by the hope and love of Jesus Christ. This will be our 12th annual summer camp, and a camp our team are prepared and looking forward to blessing the children.

These mission trips don't just rely on the team that is sent out to Romania, but on the church as a whole body. Our mission teams receive full and whole-hearted support from the faithful members of Keynsham Elim and others in our local community, through finance, action, and prayer. This is the reason our mission trips are possible and why they so successful in seeing hearts won and changed for the Lord.

Our camps are only made possible by the generous giving of our members and the public. If you would like to hear more about camp, or find out about ways you can give, please visit our Romania page.
