Still have a shoebox?
Bring it along to our special evening service from 5pm Sunday 19th November. If you missed the service and would still like to donate, please contact us.
Your shoebox makes a difference
Your shoe box could change one child’s life this Christmas and give them the hope they needed! Don’t let this opportunity pass by – give hope to someone this Christmas.
What is a Christmas shoe box?
A Christmas shoe box is a festively decorated shoe box filled with presents and hand delivered by our team and partners at CASA Grace to an under privileged child in Romania.
Shoes boxes are sent to Oradea Romania
The Christmas boxes you donate this year will be driven, by lorry, to the city of Oradea in Romania. They will then be distributed by an organisation called ‘CASA GRACE’, who help families in need in and in the surrounding villages of Oradea. They are a team of social workers who help give families opportunities for their future. The families they support will never be able to give their children gifts, but that can change with your support. Help put a smile on the parents faces this year, when they know that their children are going to be receiving a gift.
Bring your shoe boxes to our church building
We will be collecting your shoe boxes at Keynsham Elim church. If you need help transporting your shoe boxes to this location (we will come and collect from schools), then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Promotional resources for schools and workplaces
We have produced a flyer and a poster to help promote our annual shoe box appeal. If you require such material, you can download them below:
We need all shoeboxes by Sunday 12th November. You can also bring shoeboxes on our thanksgiving Sunday service at 5pm Sunday 19th November.
