HBC 2021 was a MASSIVE hit with the children, with over 50 children coming through our church doors each morning. Last year's theme for HBC was the Olympic's and was named 'Going For Gold' and was presented by our very own Ben and Josh. Ben and Josh led the 3 day sessions from the stage and had such a fun time telling stories from the bible to the children with fun videos, singing, dancing and craft, oh and not forgetting our popular messy challenges. The feedback we had from the parents last year was truly amazing and were keen for this years dates as soon as it ended. The 3 day week closed in a special ceremony in which every child received a certificate and gold medal to keep and take home to remember their time at holiday bible club.
Our holiday bible club sessions start from 10AM to 12:30PM Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday on designated week's (make sure to look out for upcoming dates). Each session consists of a fun packed morning starting with a friendly welcome from our team members and one of our crazy characters, to a team exercise to try and win team point's (don't forget... POINT'S MEAN PRIZES!!), singing and dancing with our very own Ben and Josh followed by story time and craft. After craft time it's challenge time for a chance to win more point's! Of course ending with a messy challenge. All this mention of point's must mean something right? Oh yes, PRIZES!!! Of course we don't let the children go home empty handed at the end of the week especially after working so hard to win point's for their team. Doesn't matter if 1st,2nd or 3rd, every child leaves with a prize!
